Outer Space Management Consultancy
Outer Space Management Consultancy
We deliver consultancy on opportunity definition to business, education, government, and academia. With experience operating and managing missions in outer space, we can help you identify and evaluate opportunities in or from space for your organisation. We can then help you realise these opportunities.

A new low-cost advanced camera system for LEO…
LOCI: LEO Optical Camera Installation
LOCI is a bespoke SSA sensor system tailored to tackle the challenges of LEO optical observation. The LOCI system has been designed, built and tested from the ground up, with the needs of the ever-evolving SST market in mind.
Tracking Data Message
A Tracking Data Message (TDM) is an industry-standard data file that contains the information relevant to an observation of a satellite. Using tailor-made LOCI software, high quality TDMs can be obtained, provided with supporting metadata.
Photometric Data Message
A key element of the LOCI system is its ability to characterise the photometric data extracted from satellite streak images. Light curve characterisation is a high priority objective of the LOCI system and can be used to exploit key LEO characteristics of satellites.

Kielder Observatory is one of the largest International Dark Sky Parks in Europe. Protected by the International Dark Sky Association, Kielder Observatory is the new home of LOCI for the first deployment of a global network of LOCI sensors. Images captured by the LOCI sensor system at Kielder will be of the highest quality due to the absence of light pollution and other influential factors, allowing for the detection of fainter objects on orbit.
